Your trust is the whole game. This policy is a plain-language summary of what data we collect when you use The Million Dollar Channel, why we collect it, and the control you have over it.

Who we are
The Million Dollar Channel (“M$C”, “we”) operates the website at moneytime.lol — a platform where people buy seconds of airtime, upload videos, and resell unused seconds. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect
- Account: your email address (for passwordless magic-link sign-in) and the handle and bio you choose.
- Content: the videos, titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails you upload.
- Transactions: a record of the seconds you buy, sell, and spend. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
- Technical: basic log and device data needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it
To run your account, process payments, display and rank videos, operate the resale market, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Content moderation
Uploaded videos are automatically screened for unsafe content using Amazon Rekognition before they go live. Videos that are flagged are reviewed by a human before being published or removed.

Publishing to YouTube
When your video is approved it is published to the channel’s YouTube presence via the YouTube Data API. Once live there, it is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers
We share data only with the vendors that power the platform: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, moderation), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Google/YouTube (video publishing). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention
We keep your account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time.

Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at hello@moneytime.lol and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
