These terms govern buying, spending, and reselling seconds on The Million Dollar Channel. We’ve kept them short and readable — the headline: a second is airtime, not an investment.

The basics
By using The Million Dollar Channel (“M$C”) at moneytime.lol you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell seconds.

What a “second” is
The channel offers a fixed supply of 1,000,000 seconds of airtime. A second is a licence to occupy that airtime with a video — it is priced at US$1.00 = 1 second, with a minimum purchase of 5 seconds. Seconds are not currency, securities, shares, or an investment, and confer no ownership of the company. They only entitle you to upload airtime and to resell them on our internal market.

Buying seconds
Payments are handled by Stripe. Once a purchase completes, the seconds are credited to your vault. Because seconds are a digital entitlement made available immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Uploading & spending
Spending seconds on a video permanently allocates that airtime to it; the seconds are consumed when the video is published. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must own or have the rights to it.

The resale market
You may list unspent seconds for resale at a price you choose. When a lot sells, the platform charges a 10% fee on the sale and the remainder is credited to you. Listed seconds are held in escrow until the lot sells or you withdraw it.

Content rules
No illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, violent extremism, infringement of others’ rights, malware, or spam. Uploads are screened automatically and may be reviewed by a human. We may reject or remove any video; when a video is rejected its seconds are returned to your vault.

Publishing to YouTube
Approved videos are published to the channel’s YouTube presence. By uploading, you grant us the licence needed to host, display, and publish your video on the platform and on YouTube, and you agree your content also becomes subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service.

Fair use of the platform
Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to game the service, the rankings, or the market. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

No warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, M$C is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
